This group is open to people who have (or think they might have) OCD or a related disorder, their family members and their friends.
It provides informal but structured meetings where people affected can talk to others in a friendly, non-judgmental way.
It does not offer specific therapy or professional guidance, but is an opportunity to share thoughts, ideas and strategies, and to provide mutual support.
Just turn up – there’s no need to book in advance and each meeting is self-contained.
The only cost is to cover room hire and refreshments. This will be no more than £2 per person per meeting attended.
