Set-up eleven years ago the Southgate OCD support group meets the first Sunday of every month, including public Bank Holiday weekends (except Christmas Day).
The group runs from 7pm until 9pm, and meets at The Priory in Southgate.
Southgate is in (Zone 4) of the tube system and the nearest station is Southgate on the Piccadilly line, which is about 6 minutes walk away.
There is no charge and coffee, tea and herbal teas are all provided. At the December meeting there is usually a social evening afterwards.
It is well worth it to see how the various people that come manage to find support and we are all able to help one another.
Various OCD books are usually on display also.
The group is run as a sufferers group but various family members, friends and even colleagues come too. Everyone is more than welcome.
