Advice Line Support

The OCD-UK Advice Line provides impartial information, advice and support to both adults and children affected by OCD, whether it be on a personal level, or as a family member, friend or carer.  This service is confidential.

During Office Hours

Call our Advice LineOur telephone Advice Line service is usually open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (subject to volunteer availability).

Calls are free from a BT landline, depending which call plan you are on.  Charges may vary from other landline providers and mobile phones please check before dialling.

We receive hundreds of calls every month, so there are times when our phone lines get very busy and you may not be able to get through immediately. You may wish to leave a voicemail and we will endeavour to return your call within 72 hours, or alternatively you may wish to email us. We aim to reply to all email and written enquiries within 7 working days.

You can call us with any concerns you may have about OCD or accessing treatment, and our team will be there to provide an understanding and sympathetic ear. All of our team have direct experience of living with OCD and have hundreds of hours of experience between them in advising others.
