Calling OCD-UK

Information about calling OCD-UK.

OCD-UK offer a telephone information line for people affected by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder needing advice, information, help or support. The charity receives no funding from any source for offering this service which utilises staff and volunteers from across the country, hence the need for a non-geographical telephone number. Our team do a fantastic job in offering this service, often donating their time freely to help and support people affected by OCD.

In order to improve our communications systems and make our helpline more economical for the charity, from the 1st January we will be changing systems which means a new helpline number for people wishing to call OCD-UK.  In order to prepare and setup our new system our helpline, we will not be taking calls on Monday 1st January or Tuesday 2nd January.  We will be operating the helpline from 10am-4pm from Wednesday 3rd of January, the number to call will be:

03332 127890

Calls to this number will cost callers the same as it costs to call regular 01 or 02 numbers (please check with your telephone provider for costs), but the OCD-UK number may be included in any call allowance packages that you may have with your telephone provider.

OCD-UK will be partly subsidising this helpline number which means we pay a platform charge for the telephone system for each minute of call time. So if you are able to support our work please consider making a one-off or regular donation via direct debit here.
