How to contact us

You can contact us by email, telephone or by post. We will endeavour to respond to all emails and messages within 2-3 days. However sometimes it may take us a little longer so please be patient.  We do respond to every single email and telephone message as soon as we possibly can.


How to contact us - support queries

We also still operate 0845 120 3778 until the end of the year, which calls to our 0845 number cost 2p per minute (charged by our telecoms provider) plus your phone company's access charge. Please consult your own phone provider for exact access charge costs. Depending on which calling plan you're on some landline telephone providers such as BT offer inclusive calls to 0845 numbers on certain packages. Outside of relevant call packages, fees to call our 0845 number will vary, dependent on your call provider and you should check with them for fees.

Please remember that the Royal Mail now operate 'Pricing in Proportion' and if you send mailings of A4 size, you now require a 'Large Letter' stamp, incorrectly stamped mail will mean the charity incur a fine to receive your mailing.
