Eastleigh OCD Support Group

The Eastleigh support group is open to sufferers, family members and friends, and is an informal meeting where people affected by OCD can talk to others in a friendly, non-judgemental way.

The group does not offer specific therapy or professional guidance, but is an opportunity to share ideas and strategies, and to provide mutual support.
Due to the need to pay for room hire there will be a small charge at each meeting which will be no more than £4 per person per meeting. If anyone is unable to pay this will not prevent them attending.

This support group is facilitated independently of OCD-UK, but is partially funded and endorsed by OCD-UK, donations to OCD-UK are welcomed to help continue funding support groups like this one.

Contact Information

The support group details are intended for people with OCD, and these contact details should not be used by researchers or TV production companies without first consulting OCD-UK.

You can text or email Stephen, the group facilitator stephen.hosking@btinternet.com or contact Stephen on 07976 726803 (text message preferred). Note: When making contact, please state 'Eastleigh Group', the organiser runs more than one support group so it is helpful that he is aware of which group you are contacting him about.

If you are unable to reach us on the number above, and should you wish to leave a voicemail we aim to return or forward messages to Stephen within 24-48 hours, but during busy periods we may not always be able to return calls this quickly, so please try calling back.

Under no circumstances must you send any correspondence to the venue as they simply host the group, and will not have any information about OCD.
