The Liverpool OCD support group is open to sufferers, family members and friends, and is an informal meeting where people affected by OCD can talk to others in a friendly, non-judgemental way. The group does not offer specific therapy or professional guidance, but is an opportunity to share ideas and strategies, and to provide mutual support.
This support group is co-facilitated by an OCD-UK trustee, but is run independently of OCD-UK. The charity also support the group with OCD literature material.

You can email Catherine the group facilitator. OCD-UK also offer a message relaying service by calling 0845 120 3778.
If you are unable to reach us on the number above, and should you wish to leave a voicemail we aim to return or forward messages to Catherine within 24-48 hours, but during busy periods we may not always be able to return calls this quickly, so please try calling back.
Under no circumstances must you send any correspondence to the venue as they simply host the group, and will not have any information about OCD.
