Support Groups

During the pandemic OCD-UK will not be hosting any of our face-to-face meetings.   Whilst support is needed now more than ever we have to balance out facilitator and attendee safety against offering OCD support.

So with the latter, we do offer two (sometimes three) online support groups a week. These are free to access and offer the advantage of being able to help more people across a wider geographical area and also allows attendees to hear and receive community advice from people in other areas. These can be accessed at https://www.ocduk.org/support-groups/online

OCD-UK's policy about face-to-face meetings only reflects our volunteer led groups. Some groups listed on this page are independent and as such fall outside our health and safety guidance.

OCD Support Groups

The map below shows the locations for OCD and BDD support groups that we are currently aware of, and which meet our minimum criteria, within the UK and Northern Ireland.

Please click the markers to view more information about each individual support group. The markers showing the OCD-UK logo are groups which are funded and/or led by OCD-UK volunteers.

These support group details are intended for people with OCD, and these contact details should not be used by researchers or TV production companies without first consulting OCD-UK.
