I host an OCD Support Group in Worthing, West Sussex with the support of OCD-UK.
This group runs once per month on a weekday evening and will be free to anyone affected by OCD, be they a sufferer, family member or friend. It will be an informal group, where people will be welcome to share their experiences and thoughts on how they are affected by OCD, together with discussing pros and cons of treatment.
Living with OCD can be a lonely place, and so the purpose of this group, first and foremost, will be to offer acceptance and understanding, and a place where people are free to speak without fear of judgement.
Please feel free to drop me an email at email@example.com so I can take your details and let you know when the group starts.
I hope to see you there!
Durrington Community Centre
The community centre is on the same site as the Tesco Extra in West Durrington.

The Worthing OCD Support Group usually meets on the first Tuesday of every month. The group starts at 7pm, and ends about 9pm and is run in a very relaxed way, so please don't worry if you are a little late or have to leave early.
