Holly says; "I created this
piece because I wanted to
show people that OCD is
not a funny quirk, it’s
a debilitating mental disorder.
If something is out of place
and you notice it, it doesn’t
mean you have OCD. By saying
things like ‘this has really
triggered my OCD’ or ‘I’m so OCD’
it just adds to the endless
stereotypes already associated
with this mental illness,
and stops people who are unaware
they are living with the disorder
getting the help they need."
