This month’s theme for the young ambassador’s project is called ‘OCD at Christmas’. Christmas can be a difficult time for those suffering from OCD, for many reasons. It might be difficult because it is a change of routine, or it might be difficult because there is always pressure to have fun, and it can be difficult to have fun when OCD is knocking around. Maybe it is difficult for some because certain aspects of Christmas are triggering, and it might be a difficult time this year because of COVID-19. For whatever reason that it may be difficult, nobody is alone in the fight against OCD, you've got this.
