Presentation subject
Persistent loneliness occurs in a range of mental health problems and appears to be particularly associated with social anxiety and depression. The current pandemic has increased social isolation which may also increase loneliness. This talk will describe the research on loneliness in mental health problems, in particular OCD, and will provide an update on what techniques have been shown to be helpful.
