Managing anxiety in the workplace (keeping calm in corporate chaos)

Broadcast live on Saturday 9th November 2024
Speaker

Dr Stephanie Fitzgerald , Chartered Clinical Psychologist.
The presentation will be facilitated by a member of the OCD-UK team.

Presentation subject

Workplaces can be stressful environments. High demands combine with our own internal pressures and expectations and leave us feeling stressed and burnt out. Add to that having to manage OCD and other anxiety disorders and it can feel completely overwhelming.

This session will explore how to manage anxiety at work and also look at some of the ways that you and your workplace can support each other to better support your health and happiness. We'll cover reasonable adjustments and what you can (and can't) expect from your employer. This session will leave you feeling better equipped to manage your OCD and any anxiety at work and set up to have your best day yet.
