“Being diagnosed at 5 years old with OCD meant that I had no clue what was going on in my brain anyways, never mind the added OCD thoughts that scrambled my brain. If I could go back in time the one thing I’d tell myself is that the thoughts I was having were not a representation of me or my beliefs/morals and that I shouldn’t feel guilt or confusion over them.”
